Tackling health issues is absolutely vital in the fight against poverty. Whether it's preventing malaria, making childbirth safer or helping people with the effects of HIV&AIDS, our health programme is making a vital difference in some of the world's poorest countries.
There are an estimated 1.3 billion people living in absolute poverty and many of them regularly experience health problems.
A gift of Malaria Tablets (£13) can help pay for the essential drugs needed to help protect vulnerable children from malaria or a birthing kit (£18) could help a mother to have a safe and more hygienic birth.
